We had a great trip to the zoo the other day. It was nice weather so we tried out our new zoo pass. A couple of gross things happened though. We went and saw the orangatangs (spelling?) We were watching a couple and decided to eat our lunch. They immediately came over to the window and just stared at the kids. Nolan had a yogurt and they just watched every bite. Then one stood up and looked in the yogurt cup that was on the ledge. The other one was sucking on the metal lining around the window. All the sudden he drooled on the window and then slurped it back up. It was pretty funny. After lunch we moved on to the other orangatun cage. This one had a baby and was licking the glass. Over and over she would stick her big tongue out and slurp the glass. Then the baby started doing it too. It was hilarious.
We then moved onto the aquarium where we watched the sharks. One looked like it was coming straight for the glass. It bared its teeth(seriously) and then all the sudden pooped a big cloud of poo out. I laughed so hard! Then all the little fish swam over and started eating it. Good thing we have a pass so we can see this whenever we want!

I loved the Shark story, it made me laugh out loud. It was so fun to visit with you the other day. I really hope that you make the move out West. I would LOVE it.
Dix - finally you have some updates on your blog!! Sounds like a great trip to the zoo. I hear you guys are coming to Utah this week- is that true? We'd love to see you guys!
Ha ha ha! These are hilarious and gross and hilarious some more! Good thing the orangatang (I can't spell and I don't care) didn't thtow poop at the window while you were eating... Heard of that one, too! Miss you! When are you moving here???
