Sinkhole!

For 10 years there was a little dip in the lawn that we would fill in and add grass seed to, but it would always sink2-3 inches. One day we came out and our little dip was 3 feet deep! We noticed it had brick around the outside. We figure it must have been an old well or something. The kids thought it was great. They called it their fort. Scott has filled it in several times, but it just keeps sinking. This picture was taken on the 4th of July. We didn't want any guests falling in so we filled it up. By the time our guests had arrived at 4:30 this is what it looked like. What a mystery!
