What?!? You are BUILDING? Good for you! I bet it is so great to get to pick out all your stuff... Doorknobs, lights, etc. Is it on your farm where you already live?
I love it - I get excited each time I see something new. It really makes me want to build again. You are going to have so much fun picking everything out. Keep up the fun posts. By the way - love the Rice Krispies photos!
Coming in after being outside for 1 min. Gracie "Mom, we were going to play outside, but Rufus kept biting Nolan's balls" (she was carrying a soccer and basketball.)
Me telling the kids about when I was in Middle School. "I had friends that were quintuplets when I was in 7th grade. I used to go to their birthday parties and stuff." Nolan - " Mom, did you used to drink rum at those parties?" Mom - "Yea Nolan we drank rum all the time" Nolan - "What about beer?" Mom - "Yea, beer too." Dad cuts in. "Mom used to be a pirate, in fact all the Beutlers were. They had parrots and everything and drank rum and beer all the time. AAaaaarrrrgh" Nolan - "Really?"
Nolan and Gracie were testing each other on their times tables. I decided to join in. Mom - "Nolan, what's 85x2?" Nolan - pausing "170?" Mom - "How did you know that?" Nolan - "It's a gift"
Delaney comes in the door crying because Nolan hit her. Dad says, "Where did he hit you?" Delaney - pointing to her chest, "Right here in the boobilous"
Delaney while walking around an antique show. "Mom can we please go to the bakery?" over and over and over. Finally I say "Why do you want to go there so bad?" Delaney - "What? I'm all about the bakery, it's the only one I know"
6/16/09 Aunt Robin - these kids sure have an innocent light in their eyes. They've just got the light. Delaney - Yea, it's eye boogies
Delaney was sitting on the pot while I was putting my makeup on. She tooted and I said, "Ooooh! Tootie Fruitie!" Delaney with a roll of the eyes. "Mom, when are you going to grow up?" I started laughing so hard my eyes were watering. Then under her breath Delaney said, "Gees, I'm so sick of this!"
Delaney - "Mom, I kinda miss being 5." Mom- "Why?" D- "I don't know. I just missing being my old age."
2/15/09 Nolan to primary teacher during opening excercises. The teacher was talking about Noah. - Nolan - How did they get the animals from all the continents to the ark? I mean, what about the red panda?
Delaney 2/16/09 - Delaney early in the morning while still in bed - Happy President's day Gracie! Grace guess what! These two fingers, their frozen. (fell asleep during the night)
11/10/08 Mom to Nolan- Do you think you will play an instrument in 5th grade? Nolan - Maybe. Grandpa - I always thought it would be fun to play the drums. Delaney - I always wanted to play the maracas. They are SO musical!
10/30/08 (On the way home from the Stake Center) Nolan - Mom look at this cool lego thing I found in the bathroom at the church! Mom - Nolan you should have left it there in case the boy that lost it comes back to find it. Nolan - Oh, I didn't know that was stealing too. (five minutes later mom is talking about trick-or-treating tomorrow) Nolan - I don't think I deserve to go trick-or-treating. Mom - Why? Nolan - Because I stole that lego. Mom - It was a mistake Nolan we can return it next week.
10/30/08 Delaney - Mom, I know what our cousin Dru's middle name is! Mom- What is it? Delaney - It's kangaroo! Gracie - No, it's Roo!
Delaney 9/23/08 - Mom how old do I have to be before I have a boyfriend? Mom - You have to be 18. Delaney - Ohhhhh Mooooom! That is so long away! I like this boy at school now!
Delaney - Mom, I went #1. Gracie - What is #1? Delaney - #1 is pee, #2 is poo and #3 is toot and #4 is diarhea
Delaney 8-6-08 - (the whole trip) "Are we in Arkansas yet?" "Let me guess, we're still in Missouri!" (5 miles from grandpa and grandma Berdine's house) "Mom! I KNOW we are in Arkansas. I can feel it in my nuggets!" Dad - "Delaney, You don't have nuggets"
Delaney July 12th - Mom! I checked my nose and there's no boogies in it!

Your boys (big and small) are cute. When they look so cute doing goofy things it helps us forget all the rotten they do!
